Going for a walk, especially a brisk walk

If you can find a quiet place to walk where there’s nature, this is one of the perfect natural remedies for anxiety.

Taking in some fresh air and being active will help circulate your energy and get your blood pumping again. It takes work but it really does pay off!

Listening to relaxing songs or guided meditation

This type of positive self-talk can help to ease the anxiety and make you feel more in control.

When we’re feeling anxious, it’s often hard to focus on anything else.

However, if you can do something that you’re good at and enjoy, it can help take your mind off of the anxiety and make you feel more in control.

This could be playing a musical instrument, painting, cooking, or any other activity that brings you joy.

Accepting your anxiety

This means accepting your anxiety as a part of who you are, and not trying to fight it or get rid of it.
